I did this 'by the numbers' in rgb. Did the contrast pin.  boosted colors in lab

You have a cyan problem...
It's actually present in the image you posted but I exaggerated it for you to see easily...
It's pretty uniform so I would look for a better neutral or control the shadows in some way that you like...

I don't know.  I tried to fix it with CM in lab then went to the web and found stuff on contrast masking.  There's a photoshop tutorial "Photoshop Tutorials: Lesson 2 using contrast masking" at www.nyfalls.com.  There's all kinds of stuff out there on contrast masking.
