Greg,
It looks like I'm looking through a neutral density filter. Maybe a half stop brighter?? I see bright highlights and white snow...Here in Minnesota..that usually hurts without sunglasses...
On the L curve move the 50 point out to 62 or 63 and up the saturation to 1.20 and see if it looks cleaner....

I see what you mean about the blue ness, I live in the Tahoe area and the snow (Maybe from defused light form the trees) has a bit of a blue hue to it. I thought it looked more natural. It's the only snow I have as a representation so I left it there. I do see how it looks cleaner by removing that though.
