CM also has a diamond shape in the margin of each curve that you can click on to change the orientation

I ran across this post and because I am new to CM I thought I'd give it a try. Here is a screen grab with the lab graphs I used. I am really enjoying learning CM

Hi Mike,
Glad you are enjoying CM.
One of the traps that LAB can set for you is saturation. Be careful that you do not create colors that cannot be accurately shown in prints or on the monitor. Just as you can blow out a highlight you can over saturate in LAB very fast.
Try the saturation threshold feature of the HSB color space. If you click on the edge of the curve frame and slide on the 100% side and move the endpoint the overlay masking will show you where you are saturated over 100%.
I'm not saying you over saturated the Red in the posted image but you are getting close. The saturation threshold feature is one way to quickly check to see if you are over the top.

I came down to 96 on Saturation and 96 on Brightness. The reds stayed the same but the overall picture darkened a little. Very nice. Thanks again.
