I've got an image that reliably crashes PS CS2 when CM3.0.5 opens it. I've put it here (26MB download):

If I open this in PS CS2, go to Channel, Ctrl-Click to select the grass alpha channel, then open up CM3 (which comes up in Lab mode) PS crashes before it's completely drawn the CM3 dialog and asks if I want to tell Microsoft about the problem. I'm guessing that reporting the problem here might result in a better response...
