Mike,

I was editing a whole group of images shot under the same lighting and decieded to try the old...Crtl-F function of PS.  The filter flipped open and then shut...

The screen was locked up..all menu's Greyed out and no response to the mouse.  I had to go all Ctrl-Alt-Del on the program to get out of it...

Ouch.  I'll try to recreate this - if you're able to make this rather painful scenario happen again, please let me know.
