This time I ctrl clicked on the image to set points in the curves windows in RGB. I could move the points up and down all right, but when I moved the cursor into the border of the window, (where it turns to the little rotate arrow) and click there, it crashed. I'm finding this is happening in several different instances, but I'm not getting a crash report form. I've had it happen at least 10 times, and is very consistent on this machine. Do you want me to continue to experiment, or let this one go until you've had a chance to work on it, Mike?

Hi Gloria,
I'm pretty sure I have this one nailed because your procedure is so detailed, plus there is that one crash file.
Good going, BTW, finding that .dmp file. I've spent some time trying to find "crash heaven", which is where the .dmp files go when there is a crash with no .dmp. I was looking for the .zip file, and did not realize that it was out there as a .dmp.
BTW - I reproduced the crash - the key is to do the ctrl-on the image, followed by the click on the border. I have no idea how you found that one.

I know nothing about this stuff--but you mentioned dmp files the other day. I just followed back a PS trouble report, and some of the others said Curvemeister. There may be more by now if you need them. Glad it helped,though--all very mysterious. :)
