Mike, I like the hilite tool! But I don't believe it's working right after inverting the mask--the whole image looks like it is lightly and evenly colored red.

I also like the new mask organization,and the new toolbar and ribbon. It all seems more logical, to me. And you've got the histogram in the mask window. Nice.

I sent in one / two crash reports that are happening when I set highlight /shadow points. It doesn't always crash when I try to set them, but it is always creating a most unusual curve.

I am not getting readout's when scrolling around in the image while in WGCMYK. The other color modes are all giving readouts.

What does corner fill do, btw?

Yes, those are really strange shadow and/or highlight points.  I can reproduce this behavior, so it should be easy to fix.

Corner fill draws a line between the corner of the curve graph to the endpoint.  This guarantees that there will be some pure white or pure black in the image, which is usually what you want. 

It also helps out the shadow and highlight points in wgCMYK mode
