Another small simplification: I think you can remove the help (the right hand end, labelled "Reference") section of the Home ribbon. All the help options are on the Help ribbon, which is easy to spot and get to, so I think duplicating these 3 help options on the Home ribbon is unnecessary.

I agree.
I do want to keep the wizard button out there, so I've moved it to the "All" group.

Do you have any feedback from people who use the wizard? For me it was useful for my first ever CM run, but from that point on I've never used it. The highlight/shadow/neutral routine is trivial to perform without it.
My question being, are you sure that having the wizard option up there is a good use of screen real estate? Once people have clicked the option in the wizard dialog that says they don't want it to pop up anymore, I'd suggest it's done it's job.
Not that I know any more about it than you do... :)

There are quite a number of people who use the wizard during the curvemeister class, and continue to do so afterward for some time.
It's sort of an emblem of the ease of use for beginners. Right now it fits nicely in the gap left to the right of shadow, highlight, and neutral, just under the four color mode buttons.
Anyway, I'm nothing if not flexible. Another good home for it might be on the main tool bar, where it can be removed by the user when they "graduate" to the next level, and don't depend on the wizard anymore. Or there could be a "tasks" tab on the ribbon bar, of which one is the wizard.
