Neither the wiki nor the help manual point out or show that keyboard shortcuts can be modified, added and deleted.

The "Customizing Curvemeister" section of http://curvemeister.com/wiki/index.php?title=The_Ribbon_Bar only shows that items can be added.

Sorry about the long delay in answering this.

The docs don't cover the keyboard customization.  this is an improtant area that I will cover soon.  In the meantime, there is a Keyboard tab in the Customize dialog.  That is where the keyboard shortcuts are modified.
