Trouble selecting neutral mark

I've got an image open in RGB mode. I set a neutral mark on a dark area, then another in a light area. Now, when I click on the mark in the light area, it doesn't get 'selected'. The other one retains the marching ants, and if I hit delete it's the other one that gets deleted.

I can still drag them about, and if I swap them over it's always the one on the darker area that's 'selectable'.

Well, I'll be darned.  Each of these is a little gem of a bug.  Thanks again.
