Everyone,
In the happenstance that no one has images to post this week...
I have added an image for you to consider...TAKE NO ACTION ON THIS IMAGE.
We will edit this as a group on my PC with your suggestions and possible endpoints posted to the thread during the call. After the call anyone can take a swing at this and post after.
Please think on this and have a plan you might want to execute in order to make a final image out of this.
Let's Play

My effort and done 100% in affinity Photo. Decided not to crop. My word, I need CM in AP
It is a bit over-sharpened, esp the soil, so please forgive me for that

First try -- 95% Curvemeister, 5% small adjustments in PS, crop to make it more abstract:

I didn't want to start another thread for this, but I saw a photographer on Instagram that I wanted to point Greg at: https://www.instagram.com/bydvnlln/ I think this guy does amazing things with super-saturation (which is why I thought of you, Greg): very intense colour but not brightly lit. I'm sure there's a term for this, but I don't know it -- it's like the kind of light you get when it's raining, because of the moisture in the air. Seems like much of his published work is b/w, so when he uses colour it's like he's busting out into exuberance. His b/w shots have the same intense quality -- almost a supersaturated b/w -- and he does beautiful portraits. And, he is a relatively young person (30-ish) making a career as a non-commercial photographer, which is impressive.
