Clocks changed in US

Postby artmar » Tue Mar 13, 2018 6:27 am

For our call on March 17th: Just to alert you that the clocks were set ahead one hour in the US last weekend.
For us in the UK, that means the call will take place one hour earlier than it did last time.

Talking of time... why do they wake you up at 2am (in hospital) take your blood pressure and ask if you need a sleeping tablet? :D

Yes, most people say they don't actually get to rest in the hospital because the nurses keep waking them up. My sister is a nurse - I should ask her why they do that :D

Having worked in hospitals for many years I would say that you should never go to the hospital to rest. EVER.

As a working nurse I agree with Greg.
We prefer to wake you, to check on stuff, rather than have you die in the night.

Fortunately I have medical aid(medical insurance) I know of much cheaper places to rest than hospital :)
