Re: And the last from this weekend.
Great images. Glad you are still going. I almost dropped off photography for a couple of years.

Re: Affinity Focus Stacking
Great images. I had a focus stack of a landscape. Unfortunately, it was a one time affair and I did not do enough images and the out of focus image of the subject was larger than the in focus. I had a large blurry "halo" that I had to hand crop out. Heavy sigh. That image will not be avail...

Re: 2018 shots
(I was on vacation). The Moscow shot does need a warp. I am not going to print that big since it is not personal. The Disney Hall photo is personal. Th girl on the steps is my granddaughter. The photographer with his back is my son. The detail enlarged is great. You can read the names on the wall. T...

2018 shots
2018 was not a banner year for Photos for me. My son's family photos are not to be put online. I did travel to the Baltic states and Russia.
The SpaceX photo was difficult.

Re: Lr -PS Workflow
Nice video. Too bad he does not do Curvemeister. They like to teach without add-ins, and CM does not do Mac. I agree that LR or ACR is necessary at the beginning if you have highlight or shadow problems. Any serious correction I go directly to CM and shadow highlights after a few touches of the LR. ...

Re: curvemeister causing crashes in CC
It is a little complicated. LR CC on my laptop wants to run PS CS6 32 bit. It gives all sort of errors when it runs CS6 64 bit. I can run CS64 directly, but not LR CC. Weird. I installed CM 64 bit. When I run PS CC and it crashes, it corrupts subtly LR catalog. Long story. No real answers, and it LR...

Re: curvemeister causing crashes in CC
I am going back to CS6. I have had some very annoying bugs with the interface between LR and PS. I can do well with one image at a time, but I have some big projects and LR is very problematical. It is not CM fault, just time to get back to basics and off the upgrade treadmill. I still have PC CC an...

Re: curvemeister causing crashes in CC
If I am careful, CM does not crash PS. Aside: right clicking on a hue clock, the "delete" option is grayed out. I do not close the pinned boxes. Good. When I use CM, I drop boxes with the alt click. I move the hue clocks around and the points around. But I have noticed that if I drag the h...

Re: curvemeister causing crashes in CC
Thanks Greg. It must be a weird crash. My sympathies to Mike R.
Is it for all CC photoshop editions?
Retirement. I use the word semi-retirement because it is more work than work. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel ..?? oncoming train?
